The VH-MDX SAREX concludes today. This is a search and rescue exercise built around the search for a light aircraft missing since 1981, in the rugged Barrington Tops, north of Newcastle.
Further operators are sought for Trek for Timor Kangaroo Valley, on 7th and 8th October. Timor Leste was left one of the World's most impoverished nations and this event raises funds for accommodation for students studying in Dili, and for scholarships for school students.
