If you picked up a membership form at last week's Field Day, you will find most clubs have WICEN members who can fill in the Proposer and Seconder portions.

WICEN is supporting a number of Alzheimer's Australia Memory Walk & Jog events. These are fairly short, and ideal for new members. The next one will be the Western Sydney event on Sunday 13th March, at Penrith. An operator who can operate from a bicycle, this would be especially useful. Port Macquarie is on April 3, and the event over The Bay Run at Drummoyne in Sydney is May 1 (Mayday). Albury-Wodonga's event, with the 10 km run option crossing from Wodonga to Albury, and back, is on May 22.

WICEN has a twitter account: @wicennsw
It can be viewed at: http://twitter.com/wicennsw

Facebook users will find the official WICEN New South Wales page, and an informal national WICEN group.

WICEN ACT is part of the Canberra Region Amateur Radio Club, and supports events in the ACT and the surrounding "Capital Country". The club's website is at: http://www.crarc.ampr.org
Coming events include Foundation Licence courses and exams, on March 19th and 20th, and the Canberra Two Day Walk over the weekend of April 2nd and 3rd. The BMSC National Capital Rally is over the weekend of May 28 and 29.

WICEN Victoria are supporting the Yea Field Weekend at Yea, on Friday 18th March, and Saturday 19th. The Duncan Run Hundred will be in the Tarra-Bulga National Park in south East Victoria in Saturday 2nd April. April 9 and 10 is the Sunraysia 600, a round of the Australian and Victorian Off-Road Championships, at Keera Station, Lake Cullulleraine, just south of Wentworth, or a mere 1000 km west of Wollongong. The group's website is at: http://vic.wicen.org.au
